  Their manager apparently doesn't like having excess food so their logical solution is to never have anything. Not once out of the billion times I have been there have I been able to get a full sized pretzel. I'm obsessed with this place but this is the Worst Auntie Anne ever.

  Wow oh wow, where do I start with this one? First off, I love aunt Anne's cinnamon pretzels. One of my favorite snacks. But the customer service here SUCKS so bad, it's not even worth spending your money here. They never have any pretzels made, (I've always had to get the bites because that's only what's available) and only ONE person is always working while the rest just stand back there doing ABSOULETLY NOTHING. Look, I'm sorry if you make $8 an hour, but hey you have a job. Make the best of it. If you're just going to stand there GO HOME. Definitely calling into corporate about this one. Absolutely horrible.
